I am running for mayor!
Community Focused. People Driven.
People are the heart of our Communities. Strong, empowered Communities are the foundation of our great City.
Since being elected in 2017, my record has been about more than just progress—it’s been about purposeful change. Whether it’s securing tax relief for residents, strengthening public safety, championing transparency in local government, protecting residents including the most vulnerable, or revitalizing underserved areas, my
commitment has always been to serve YOU—the people.
Missouri City deserves a leader who not only understands the heartbeat of the community, but who has a
proven track record of delivering real, sustainable impact. I’m ready to continue that work as your next
Mayor.
Together, let’s build the future our City deserves—one subdivision, one community at a time.

My focus has been clear: People, Progress, and Purpose
Since day one, my service to Missouri City has centered around three key priorities:
Because every resident deserves to feel safe at home, in their neighborhood, and around our city. I’ve
championed public safety initiatives, supported first responders, and worked to ensure smart, communitycentered policing.
I’ve worked to revitalize commercial corridors, attract new development, and support local entrepreneurs—because a strong local economy means more jobs, better services, and a higher quality of life for all.
A connected city is a thriving city. I’ve made it a priority to involve more residents in local decision-making, expand transparency, and create new pathways for meaningful public input and participation.
These aren’t just talking points—they’re proven priorities.
Through My Efforts, We Have Made Real Traction:
Key Accomplishments:
Authored and passed groundbreaking legislation creating Missouri City’s first-ever citywide homestead exemption, along with expanded property tax relief for senior citizens and residents with disabilities, significantly easing the tax burden on vulnerable residents.
Introduced and passed the ordinance establishing the city’s first-ever Ethics Commission, creating a lasting framework for transparency, accountability, and good governance.
Led reform legislation to lower the signature threshold required for street renaming petitions—giving residents more power to change offensive or outdated street names and reshape their neighborhoods.
Designed and launched two key programs:
A Business Facade Improvement Program to revitalize aging commercial buildings along the Texas Parkway/Cartwright corridor.
A Restaurant Incentive Program to attract sit-down, family dining restaurants to the area— helping improve quality of life and economic diversity.
Transformed a former Sonic into a vibrant retail strip center.
Facilitated the re-occupancy of the former Walgreens by Family Dollar, reducing blight and stimulating commerce.
Worked with the new owner of the old Movie Theater property to renovate the strip center and repair the severely damaged parking lot.
Helped Mystros Barber Academy secure funding to renovate a decades-vacant property on Cartwright Road.
As a member of the H-GAC Water Resources Committee, helped direct over $5 million from the Texas GLO to fund critical flood mitigation infrastructure in Missouri City.
Partnered with METRO to bring a $60 million Park & Ride facility to the district—enhancing commuter access, reducing traffic congestion, and connecting Missouri City to the larger Houston region.
Secured funding and led efforts to fully renovate Freedom Tree Park, honoring its historical importance while upgrading recreational spaces for families and future generations.
Worked alongside a resident-led beautification committee to implement xeriscape landscaping and other improvements along the Texas Parkway/Cartwright corridor—promoting sustainability and civic pride.
Championed legislation to launch a study on group home operations—establishing the groundwork for enhanced safety standards, accountability, and neighborhood integration.
Through ongoing service on the Community Development Advisory Committee, helped allocate millions in federal dollars for:
Affordable housing rehabilitation
Elderly nutrition programs
Code enforcement efforts
Student scholarships
Public park enhancements
Financial literacy initiatives
Support for local nonprofits
Actively collaborated with regional, national, and international developers to expand Missouri City’s development landscape.
Worked directly with NewQuest Properties and City staff to secure the development agreement for Fort Bend Town Center II and III.
Led the district with the largest economic development growth in the city.
Oversaw the development of a 1+ million sq. ft. Amazon Fulfillment Center, bringing over 1,500 new jobs to Missouri City—without tax incentives or abatements.
Taking Missouri City to the NEXT LEVEL.
Moving Forward” has been my mission since I first began serving Missouri City in 2017. It’s what has driven every initiative, every vote, and every decision.
But now—it’s time to go even further.
It’s time to take our City to the NEXT LEVEL.
NEXT LEVEL growth requires NEXT LEVEL leadership.
And I am ready to lead us there.
The challenges ahead demand more than an “if it ain’t broke, don’t fix it” mindset. They require bold vision,
fresh ideas, decisive action, and a relentless commitment to the people who make Missouri City truly
extraordinary.
I believe in a future where every resident feels seen, heard, and empowered.
Where innovation meets integrity.
And where progress is not just promised—but delivered.
Together, we can take Missouri City to new heights.
Together, we can reach the NEXT LEVEL.
God Bless Missouri City, Texas!
